Everything you need to know about shipping kiln-dried pine pet urns from our Cao County factory to your warehouse in the US, Canada, or Europe — methods, lead times, packaging standards, and tracking.
Available Shipping Methods
Choose the delivery method that matches your order size, urgency, and budget. We handle all export documentation including phytosanitary certificates and ISPM-15 heat treatment stamps.
Sea Freight (FCL / LCL)
Most cost-effective for bulk orders over 1 CBM. Ships from Qingdao or Shanghai port.
Air Freight
Faster delivery for urgent orders or smaller quantities under 100 kg.
Express Courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS)
Door-to-door delivery for samples and very small orders.
Packaging Standards
Every order follows a 4-stage packaging process to ensure your pet urns arrive in showroom condition — zero scratches, zero dents.
Inner Pack
Each urn wrapped in soft EPE foam or tissue paper to prevent surface scratches. Velvet-lined boxes are additionally wrapped in protective film.
Carton Pack
Units placed in 5-ply corrugated cartons with internal dividers. Cartons printed with product SKU, quantity, and handling instructions (Fragile, This Side Up).
Pallet Pack
Cartons stacked on ISPM-15 heat-treated wooden pallets, wrapped in stretch film, and banded for stability. Each pallet holds approx. 800–1,200 pcs depending on model.
Container Loading
Pallets loaded into 20ft / 40ft containers under factory supervision. Loading photos and container seal numbers are provided to the buyer before departure.
Export Ports
Cargo Insurance
All shipments are insured against damage and loss during transit. For sea freight, we arrange full All-Risks cargo insurance covering 110% of invoice value. If any damage occurs, we coordinate claims directly with the insurer on your behalf.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you receive: a packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading / airway bill, phytosanitary certificate, and a real-time tracking link. Our sales team sends weekly production and shipping progress updates via email or WhatsApp.
