Ceramic Pet Urns

Ceramic extends our range into a smooth, glazed surface with colour and shape freedom that timber cannot offer.

Ceramic pet memorial products — wholesale Ceramic supplier

Our ceramic urns are produced from high-fired stoneware and porcelain bodies, then finished with either a glossy reactive glaze or an unglazed matte surface. Ceramic allows curved silhouettes, gradient glazes and profiles that are impractical to machine from solid timber.

Glaze colour is matched to a Pantone reference for larger runs, and we apply ceramic decals or water-slide transfers for breed motifs, paw prints and branded artwork. Lead times are longer than the timber line because each piece must be fired twice.

Ceramic is heavier than timber, so we specify reinforced inner cartons and, for fragile shipments, a double-wall export carton with full drop-test validation before the first bulk order ships.

FAQ

Ceramic Wholesale Questions

What is the MOQ for custom ceramic pet urns?

Stock ceramic models start from 30 pcs. A custom glaze, shape or decal development typically requires a minimum of 100 pcs and a longer development lead time because new moulds and glaze tests are involved.

How long does ceramic production take?

Ceramic requires two firings plus decoration, so lead time is generally 35–50 days for bulk orders after sample approval, compared with 15–35 days for our timber line.

Are the glazes food-safe or tested for migration?

Yes. LFGB-compliant glazes are available on request, and we can provide the corresponding migration test documentation for EU-bound shipments.

How do you pack ceramic urns for export?

Each urn is individually bagged and held in a protective polyfoam insert inside an inner carton, then packed into a double-wall export carton. The packing passes drop testing before the first bulk shipment.
