Pine Wood Pet Urns & Memorial Boxes
Pine is our highest-volume material — light in colour, easy to machine, and the most cost-effective choice for unfinished or painted wholesale pet memorial lines.
We source kiln-dried radiata and masson pine from Shandong and machine it in our own workshop. Every batch is dried to an 8%–12% moisture content in our heat treatment chamber, which stabilises the timber, removes insects and eggs, and prevents the warping and cracking that otherwise appears during long sea freight to North America and Europe.
Unfinished pine takes paint, stain, wood burning and decoupage well, which makes it the standard choice for DIY-focused retailers and craft studios. For finished lines we offer matte lacquer, water-based paint in custom Pantone colours, and natural oil finishing that keeps the pale honey grain visible.
Pine accounts for the majority of our export volume and is available as house urns, square and rectangular boxes, heart shapes, mini keepsake urns, cremation caskets, memorial photo frames and paw print kits — allowing one material finish to run across an entire product family.

What moisture content do you guarantee for pine pet urns?

Is FSC-certified pine available?
Yes. Standard runs use commercially sourced pine, and FSC-certified material is available on request. Please state the requirement in your inquiry so we can quote accurately.
